RISK OF DAMAGE OR LOSS POLICY

Every item purchased as a result of the use or access of this site is governed by a shipment contract. Each shipment contract provides that title for such purchased items pass immediately to you, once the purchased item is delivered by us to the carrier. Thereafter, you alone bear the risk of damage or loss of such purchased item(s).  You are encouraged to choose and to pay the cost for trackable and insured shipping, so that the carrier will assume these risks.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

There are no explicit or implied warranties concerning the accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose or currency of any content or product descriptions found on this site, even though we and our vendors and dealers make every attempt to maintain the highest level of accuracy. In case the product received by you is different from it corresponding product description, the sole remedy available shall be the return the product in its original and unused condition, for exchange or for refund of the purchase price only.  All shipping costs associated with said returns shall be borne by you unless the product was either damaged or not the correct product ordered by you at the time we delivered the same to the carrier for fulfillment of your order.

PRICING POLICY

We are not in a position to confirm the sold item price until the order is placed. We will not charge your credit card until the shipment process has already started. While we attempt to make the entire endeavor to be as accurate as possible we cannot ensure one hundred percent accuracy of our product prices in our product catalogue. In case any error is discovered in our catalog, we address mispriced product in the following manner:

 •Should the catalog price be lower or an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the correct lower price and ship you the item.

 •In the case where the catalog price is lower than the actual product price at the time of the placement of your order, we may choose to contact you for further instructions before we actually ship you the product or cancel your order altogether, in our complete discretion. If we cancel your order we will notify you of our decision in writing. You will not be charged a price higher than the catalog price without your explicit consent. 

All of the products sold and shipped by us, our affiliates, or our vendors and dealers are subject to this policy.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final no returns.
